Our Return & Exchange Promise

At ALFAJR Keffiyeh, we carefully prepare every keffiyeh and shemagh order with attention to quality. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Return Requests Contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order if there is an issue.
Exchange Support Exchanges may be considered for eligible unused items depending on availability.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send photos and order details for review.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To be considered for a return or exchange, the item should generally meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item should include original packaging where applicable.
  • You should provide order details, photos, and reason for the request.
  • The request should be made soon after receiving the order.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

  • Custom, OEM, private label, or made-to-order keffiyeh products.
  • Bulk wholesale orders produced according to buyer requirements.

Custom, Wholesale & Private Label Orders

Custom design, OEM, private label, and wholesale keffiyeh orders are usually produced based on buyer specifications. Because these orders may include special colors, patterns, labels, packaging, or quantities, they are generally not eligible for standard returns unless there is a confirmed production issue or incorrect supply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
